Quilliup QA & Support student position

The quilliup team, a mini startup within vision.bi, is looking for a student for product QA & support.
quilliup is a data quality product that enables organizations to produce automated data tests and ensure the integrity of the information in the organization

 

Responsibilities include:

• Working closely with the development team, assisting in expanding the customer basket.•    

• Customer’s support, customers success, troubleshooting, building product manuals and documentation.•    Performing QA and Tests before new version release.

• Managing customer support in the Zendesk system and quality assurance process in Jira system.

• Working with DBs and building SQL queries.

• Development and maintenance of automated testing processes.

• Understanding the fundamentals of company’s infrastructure and implementations.

 

Qualifications:

• Third year student in Industrial Engineering and Management 

• Technical oriented 

• SQL knowledge 

• 3.5 - 4 days a week (flexible working hours)

• Independent fast learning worker with high communication skills
